The Legacy Club is the official kick off for our Rustic Spur Vineyards Wine Club! The Legacy Club is exclusively available to those who were in The Hideaway Club or the Curator Club and opt to continue their club membership with us. Similar to the Hideaway Club, we will offer a 4 bottle (user choice) twice a year. The Legacy Club will have the first pick at Library wines, events, and pairing dinners!
By providing your credit card information and signing below, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older and that someone 21 years of age or older will be available to sign for wine delivery. And you understand that:
• Membership requires a minimum one year commitment and will renew automatically until canceled via email/ phone.
• You will be billed for your order 2 times per year unless changes such as holds, refunds, or cancellations are requested via email 7 days prior to billing.
• Rustic Spur Vineyards has permission to automatically charge your credit card for every wine club order including applicable sales tax, shipping and handling. Prices are subject to change based upon your User Choice Selections.
• Rustic Spur Vineyards reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without notice.
Subscriptions cancelled before the one year commitment period comes to an end are subject to a $50.00 Cancellation Fee
